Long Sheng, professor and master's supervisor at the Law School of Guangxi University, doctor of Law from Wuhan University, part time lawyer at Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm, arbitrator of Chongzuo Arbitration Commission and Liuzhou Arbitration Commission. His research interests include constitutional and administrative law, legal theory, departmental jurisprudence, human rights law, etc. So far, more than 30 papers have been publicly published in publications such as Global Legal Review, including multiple full-text reprints of papers from the National People's Congress. He hosted, participated in, and completed multiple provincial and ministerial level scientific research projects. He received the second prize of the 12th Excellent Social Science Achievement Award in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, the second prize of Excellent Achievement Award for Young and Middle aged Constitutional Scholars of China Law Society (first prize vacant), and the second prize of the third academic award-winning essay competition of Xu Chongde Constitutional Law Development Fund. He also received the title of Excellent Class Teacher in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and Class 072 was awarded the title of Excellent Class Collective in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
