Zhang Hongtao, male, from Xiaogan, Hubei Province, holds a Doctor of Law degree and is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the Law School of Guangxi University. He has previously taught at the Law School of Wuhan University (awarded associate professor) and the Law School of Southeast University (awarded professor), and also serves as an executive director of the Jurisprudence Research Association of the China Law Society, an executive director of the Legal Document Research Association of the China Law Society, vice president of the Jurisprudence Research Association of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Law Society, and a part-time lawyer at Guangxi Qianxing Law Firm. mainly engaged in the basic theoretical research of decomposed legal paradigm and combined legal paradigm, as well as the combined legal paradigm research of China's traditional combined legal system. He has publicly published Research on the Paradigm of Decomposed Jurisprudence and Research on the Legal Organization of the Integration of Investigation and Review - From Decomposed Jurisprudence. From Paradigm to Compound Legal Paradigm Seven monographs, including The Original Theory of Legal Operation - Research on the Paradigm of Compound Law and Research on the National Governance System of Traditional Chinese Rites and Law Integration, have been published in over 50 academic papers in journals such as Foreign Social Sciences, Sociological Research, Jurist, Global Legal Review, Comparative Law Research, Legal and Social Development, Modern Law, Legal Business Research, Legal Review, and Legal Science.
